Squatch Creek Media provides web design, digital marketing, and related services to clients in Topeka and Northeast Kansas. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Website design and development
• Digital marketing campaigns
• Search engine optimization (SEO)

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Timely payment of invoices
• Providing necessary content and materials
• Communicating changes or concerns promptly

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise specified:

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• Final payment due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of their content and final delivered work products. Squatch Creek Media retains the right to use project examples in portfolios and marketing materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

Squatch Creek Media's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
