Understand the situation before a larger commitment

An assessment is useful when an important system is unreliable, poorly documented, no longer supported by its original developer, or becoming difficult to change. We agree on the scope, access, and fee before starting. It is a separate initial engagement, with no requirement to proceed into a larger implementation.

What the review can cover

• The application's purpose, critical workflows, and current problems
• Database structure, reporting, and integration dependencies
• Available source code, build instructions, deployment, and support arrangements
• Immediate stabilization needs, major risks, and backup or recovery concerns
• Necessary repairs, optional modernization, and a prioritized work plan

What you leave with

A summary of findings, known limitations, immediate priorities, and recommended next steps. Where access or documentation is missing, the assessment makes that uncertainty explicit. It does not promise to uncover every issue or include implementation unless agreed in scope.

Tell us what the system does, what is going wrong, and whether a deadline or outage is involved. You do not need technical terminology. Please leave credentials and sensitive business data out of the form; access can be arranged separately.
